“Excellent product choice; favourable pricing and excellent delivery. What more could one ask for? Well, this unusual courtesy was made without any request ........... I made one order then subsequently made another, accepting the inevitable double delivery charge but "No", twistfix spotted it and phoned to tell me they would refund one of the delivery charges. Not a service one expects nowadays but definitely a reason to remember the company.”

“Ordered 75mm to fix 25mm batten to thermalite.. Cost £57 for 100.....absolutely doesnt work as described... Dont fix securely....very very disappointed.. Waste of money im afraid.. Not fit for purpose....”

“Unfortunately the product did not work at all. Mixed as per instructions 1 part mortar to 2-4 parts water and even with the 2/4 ratio the syringe could not draw the product up. Tried inserting into top of syringe after failing to draw and again couldn't inject it.”
