“The order was dispatched quickly but I experienced problems with the courier DPD. I was sent a text advising me of the one hour slot for when the package should arrive. The courier attempted to deliver the item to the wrong address, not on the package, because I was sent a photograph and then told me that they had missed me. To ensure that I received the item next day I waited outside for the driver for nearly an hour to ensure I received the item. If I order items from Amazon they will just leave the items at the address but it is DPD's policy not to do this. If I had known that DPD were delivering the item I would not have purchased it.”

“Customer service is excellent. Ordered in the afternoon and arrived the next morning. I was using the fixings to attach insulated plasterboard to brick walls. As the bricks are quite hard I predrilled using a 5mm dia drill but some of the fixings buckled whilst being driven into the wall. I think the fasteners could be improved by making the outer portion of the shank thicker. Overall did the job and I ordered some more.”

“Used the remedial fit wall ties to reattach stretcher bond sections of an old garden wall. Worked a treat and saved me loads of time, by stabilising the wall. Easy to do and well worth the money to save the time of rebuilding.”

“Thanks for the brick tint sample guys. @ just over £9 it was online with what I would expect to pay. Once I went through the checkout process the total was over £19.00... I couldn't understand how a small sample could cost nearly a tenner to post but I purchased it as I wanted to try the product. It arrived in a box that was the size you could fit a 5tlr tub in? 450 x 220 x 200 approx? The sample bottle measures approx 65mm x 40mm x 40mm. A jiffy bag would have been more than adequate... and alot chaper to send”
