Customer service is excellent. Ordered in the afternoon and arrived the next morning.
I was using the fixings to attach insulated plasterboard to brick walls. As the bricks are quite hard I predrilled using a 5mm dia drill but some of the fixings buckled whilst being driven into the wall. I think the fasteners could be improved by making the outer portion of the shank thicker.
Overall did the job and I ordered some more.
