“Came on time well made and a good price also talking to customer service person very helpful. Only thing I would like you do is to show a diagram how to measure the lock because on other sites only show one measure size. Would recommend Truly PVC LTD for anyone buying locks.”

“After ordering two locks then realising one was the wrong size I was able to change my order and get a refund. Locks are good quality and service was also good. Response was quick so I have no complaints”

“Bought to replace a broken upvc item on conservatory.Found exact replacement on Truly PVC,which was exactly what I needed, and very quick delivery”

“Built in 1933,the front of my house has mock Tudor boards. Some of the pegs needed replacing so I ordered a pack of replacement pegs. No diameter was stated in the specification. When they arrived, they were 2mm too narrow, so of no use. The test of a company's customer service, is what they do about it when a complaint is raised. We talked about my complaint by email, until it became clear that when using a mobile to place an order, the mobile orientated website did hold this information, but it was several clicks away from discovery. Consequently, Truly PVC have offered to repay me when I update this review.”

“Ordered the cockspur handles to refresh my old windows. Brilliant, have made a huge difference and easy to install. Only thing I would say is that the screws provided are useless so had to buy different ones.”

“Full marks to Truly for getting the product to me next day, its not their fault but actually the product wasnt quite right, my guess is that as this product is obsolete and Truly are getting it second source, that mabye something got lost in the translation. I made the thing fit, but it needed trimming to clip in and gaps were present requiring sealant. So got me out of the crapper for which I am grateful.”
