“Express delivery. Gutter clips expensive for what they are but I was grateful that I could source them. Quality seems fine but I haven’t fitted them yet.”

“Product good. Arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had to send it back, as it didnt quite fit my lock. (My issue not Truly's). I did all this, but had to get in touch, as received nothing after ten days.. Was told it had processed. It hadnt. I'm sure it was juts a glitch but just one to watch on returns Would shop there again as they were very attentive from a personal point of view.”

“Ordered several Conservatory UPVC polycarbonate end caps...they were perfect for the job. Ideal replacement for the old end caps. However, i also ordered the breathable tape to go onto the end of the polycarbonate panels. I found that the tape had almost lost its self-adhesive properties which made installation difficult. Items were delivered very quickly...despite the problems with the tape i would recommend Truly PVC.”

“Great website. Quick delivery and great materials. The only problem was that I have ordered the wrong cill caps and corner fittings for the type of cill covers ordered, my fault I know but maybe when the order is processed it could have been picked up maybe? Will use again thank you”

“Ordered items early on Wednesday, paid for next day delivery, today is Friday and still not here stayed at the delivery address all day, waiting to do the job. Yodel are the couriers and their 'tracking' service is worse than useless, I think its just a box ticking exercise. I have had experience of Yodel before and they are absolutely the worst couriers I have ever had experience with. If Truly PVC wish to keep their customers coming back they should ditch Yodel. Update : Truly PVC contacted me to apologise for the delay and I have recieved my order as well as some compensation from them, so well done Truly PVC.”

“I wish the Order Confirmation would list what goods it refers to. Lots of info about price & delivery, but no description of the goods. I order lots on the internet, so lose track of what I have ordered from a particular supplier.”

“Usually their products are excellent quality and value but with one length of skirting we had to lose 8 inches of it as it had a large bubble on it which would have been seen when fixed to the wall.”
