“They sent the Flo plast over head gutter clips the next working day, as I did not get my order in until late in the day. They arrived the day after and I installed in the same day. They work perfect. Great Service at a very reasonable price.”

“Used to use Dow corning when fitting coldrooms, but have since retired from the trade and have looked at a few comparisons as doing up my leaky shed and did not want to pay top whack for Dow, found Truly Pvc online and the white Soudal trade silicone was cheap and definitely is up there in comparison, lovely pure white finish and beads very well, glad I found this and should I need more I will certainly buy from TRUY PVC Lovely to deal with,good product and speedy delivery, Cannot ask for more, well done!”

“i have a 20 year old Anglian conservatory using ultraframe system. the capping used is discontinued but thtey were very helpful sending out free samples of the current ones in stock. yet to get round to it as waiting for warmer weather but will order from them when i have managed to prise off the existing capping which is proving hard--hopefully easier in the warm”

“Delivery was fast However keys did not work not 1 key from 5 ordered Customer service was responsive however not clear in their answers or questions Website is miss-leading if you don't offer a type of key it should be clear as end users don't understand there could be a difference in the products.”

Thank you for your review. The order placed was for Platinum keys to be cut; however, your cylinder is a Platinum Ultra. The keys are not the same, which is explained within our product listing twice. As the keys were cut specifically to the details provided with your order, they are a bespoke, made-to-order item. Unfortunately, for this reason we are unable to accept a return or offer a refund.
