“Ordered window sills arrived damaged informed immediately excepted liability keep promising to collect and refund chasing daily but to no avail will escalate with credit card company”

We are sorry to hear you are not happy, we did collect the items free of charge and issued you a full refund as requested. The returns department confirmed the damage was very minimal compared to the photographs sent via email.

“Item came marked as if correct size sent but incorrect size locks provided in the package Had to pay to return myself & still no refund in my account & refused to swap out for correct items so paid delivery, paid return & no refund or items. Massive fail”

Hi, I am very sorry to hear you are not satisfied with your order. After providing our customer service team with photos, the item you received was found to be correct - you simply ordered the wrong size. Should the item have arrived incorrect, we would have immediately dispatched a replacement to you and collected the original item free of charge. Your return was received yesterday and refunded earlier today; however, it can take up to 5 working days for this to show up in your account. The return amount includes your outbound postage in accordance with the CCR. Best regards, Luke
