“After my order going missing in post Truly PVC's customer service was brilliant. After I called to say I had not received item and new order was sent out recorded and arrived the next day. Would recommend and use again.”

“I received my ordered goods promptly, but found some parts missing. I contacted Truly PVC and they accepted a "picking" error had been made in their warehouse and despatched my missing goods immediately by express post. Accepting that mistakes can happen, I can only praise the prompt, polite and hassle-free help offered to put things right. I shall not hesitate to buy from Truly again.”
