“Purchased a Hoppe door handle pair via Amazon. Truly were really good with their communications throughout the transaction. The handles were well packaged and delivered in very good time. Will definitely use them again.”

“I had a 3M length of trim delivered, well packaged and on time. However after removing the packaging I found that the section at sometime had been kinked leaving a distortion across its form. I believe that the packing was such that it would not have occurred during transport and therefore must have been packaged in that condition. I have managed to use the item but feel disappointed.”

“Although Truly PVC did not stock the item I required after sending in a photo Tony kindly advised me who made the item and where I could get it the next day after my query. First rate service especially as two other companies I contacted did not even bother responding.”
