“Ordered product yesterday lunch time, delivered next day at the time stated. Kept fully informed from ordering to delivery. Very impressed and pleased.”

“Ordered on Monday. Nothing had turned up by Thursday. Company totally unable to give a delivery date (note small print says next day delivery except anything over 1.5m so that promise is effectively meaningless) so no option but to cancel. Which, to be fair, the company did - but why use such useless carriers?”

I'm sorry that you felt let down on this occassion but products like those you ordered can not be sent by a flexible and responsive domestic courier. Long lengths, like those 5m (16') long products, have to be sent on specialist long commercial wagons, who often only provide a day range of expected delivery. Especially when travelling to more remote postcodes like TQ region. We are looking at ways of keeping you more informed.

“Moved into a new house and noticed that the conservatory gutter was hanging off. Managed to get some brackets fro Truly PVC, which arrived promptly. Would definitely use this supplier again”

“Delivery on time product as listed works fine ,my only complaint is the packaging that was used this was damaged i.e. Torn I feel that a Jiffy bag is not substantial for this type of product. Would recommend this product”

“I was having great difficulty in getting replacement roofing end caps but found they were available from "Truly PVC" and delivered very quickly. Being someone who does know of several people who have had banking details stolen, I do not give this information on the computer. I did however phone-in the order, The only disappointing thing was that the price on line was not the same as when I phoned however, The service I received was first class and would not have any difficulty with recommending "Truly PVC" to anyone.”
