“Ordered a new guttering system for my conservatory. It arrived on time but one part was broken and had parts missing. I have contacted Truly PVC several times but have been completely ignored. This has left me with an incomplete system. I can only suggest that you avoid this Company because, if you have a problem, they are not interested.”

“A little confused as to how, but I got x10 replacement Yale chrome door handles for the equivalent of £4 each. The EXACT same product anywhere else, online or high-street, was £12 a handle. Sounded too goo to be true but to my surprise they came as described and they are perfect. Saved me a fortune.”
