“Really helpful team that made sure I got the right replacement part (cylinder door lock) , which arrived really quickly and was very good quality, but at a fraction of the price being charged by B&Q. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.”

“Looked for PVC Skirting boards price seemed to vary between most outlets finally checked out Truly PVC prices and range of products were just what I was looking for the site was easy to navigate ordering and checkout were simple. Best of all the order was delivered the following morning. Would I recommend this company yes, will I order from them again most definitely. Excellent service couldn’t ask for anything more.”

“Roof felt support- bend, poor quality easy to break . Thay are looking like go up and down- for me unfortunately rubish. Customer service want me too prof that. When I did that say isover 30 days to resend or refound. Avoid please waste your money 💰”

Unfortunately, as the issue has been reported over 30 days after the item was delivered, regrettably, we must assume that the issue has occurred after delivery and while the item has been in storage, during handling or supplementary transport. Customers are expected to check over the item soon after receipt and report any issues immediately. As this has not been observed, unfortunately, this order cannot be considered for replacements.
