“Things started off badly, wrong item was delivered, however this is where Truly PVC really stepped up. They processed the replacement parts over the weekend and the parts arrived Monday morning! For me the sign of a good company is how they react when something goes wrong (nobody is perfect and mistakes happen), Truly PVC reacted perfectly Well done!
