“Good selection of trophies and easy to order on line. Delivery was quick. Only downside was, a couple of the plaques became un-stuck during transit so I had re stick them on.”

“I would like to say thank you.... I call up due to a mistake on my dog tag... I had no problem they dealt with the issue and sent a new one and it arrive very fast.”

“Good quality trophy, item delivered on the stated delivery date, can't complain really. Might be nice to have an order status option, rather than having to call or email, but that's a minor gripe and hopefully something to implement in the future.”

“Trophy Master service was excellent. After ordering my trophies and realising I couldn't collect them when originally planned, they accommodated my request to bring the date forward. Engraving costs were mostly included in the price, which made it easier to calculate costs. Collection is very easy too. An email notification was sent as soon as the order was available for collection, and the staff were friendly and helpful, correcting a small error whilst I waited, even though it was just at closing time. The only downside is that the collections are limited for the sport I required, so returning again since last year meant I struggled for variation of trophy design. Thanks to their customer service attitude, the order was completed smoothly!”

“The duck trophy is great! Good quality engraving. It would be great to have a choice of duck on the top - for us, it would be appropriate to have a duck with a graduation cap and scroll! Arrived quickly and well packaged. Thanks!”

“I ordered this particular gift as a fun present for my sister in law for her 40th birthday. She is a big fan of strictly come dancing. So this glitter ball trophy was very appropriate. I am really pleased with it. I am sure my sister in law will love it too!”

“Very good quality trophies and a competitive price. Had to pay £10 extra to get a quicker delivery date (which I needed) and a VG rating would have been the result if I hadn't had to do this. However to be fair commnications were good and having paid the extra everything happened as promised and I got my (very nice) trophies on time. Would definitely use again.”

“Great site, easy to order and track and good quality product at the end. However, when the process handed over to the delivery company (not Trophy master) they gave me an option to change my delivery date which I did, and they confirmed, they then tried to deliver on the original day and I wasn't there. One phone call to Trophy master and they sorted it out for me. Don't think it's the first time it had happened but Trophy master were great at helping out and getting it resolved. Would recommend.”
