“I ordered a Gavel with engraving, unfortunately the postage to Cyprus was more than the cost of the Gavel! A quick call to TrophyMaster and the matter was quickly resolved with delivery to a friend in UK who forwarded the item onto me for a small cost. The person I dealt with at TrophyMaster was helpful, courteous and anxious to provide a solution. Thanks”

“Overall happy with the thropy and medals that I ordered but the engraving was not done directly on the trophy/medals but on a separate piece of metal(?), which was then stuck to the trophy/medal (made it look slightly 'cheap')”

“By being able to deliver personalised trophies (for a reasonable cost) in very quick time by being creative and proactive in finding a way to do what I wanted. It wasn't all great though. One trophy arrived with the engraving affixed upside down! A pretty rookie error that should have been noticed prior to sending.”
