By being able to deliver personalised trophies (for a reasonable cost) in very quick time by being creative and proactive in finding a way to do what I wanted.
It wasn't all great though. One trophy arrived with the engraving affixed upside down! A pretty rookie error that should have been noticed prior to sending.
