“I purchased this policy on the basis of the 5* defacto review. On my way back from my ski trip my luggage was damaged. I started the claim process to find that the amount of evidence that I was going to have to provide in terms not only of original receipts but also repair estimates made this too daunting. Claims process handled by a third party. Will not use TravelTime again.”

“When I first went on to the web site and put in my detail, it gave me a quote but for a different company. I called Travel Time and I was given your details and managed to get my policy sorted. I passed your detail to a friend and the same thing happened to her. Apart from that all seems fine”
