“Long wait to get through on phone. Web application crashed right at the end causing ne to start from scratch. 2nd time I got the date wrong so had to phone. Email confirmation of change hadn't arrived after several days so had to phone. Original application did not save my asthma so wasn't mentioned in application. Had to phone for correction. Not that obvious how to apply for cruise cover. The staff were courteous and helpful and the issues were resolved.”

“Firstly and most important, good policies You don't want to find out your policy doesn't cover the essentials properly when you need them. Second, very efficient service. Very quick and easy to get covered instantly. The system to disclose medical conditions is very clear and easy, guiding you through the process logically and simply. Thirdly, great prices. I know it's what most of us start with, but it's better to get all three.”
