“I purchased this policy on the basis of the 5* defacto review. On my way back from my ski trip my luggage was damaged. I started the claim process to find that the amount of evidence that I was going to have to provide in terms not only of original receipts but also repair estimates made this too daunting. Claims process handled by a third party. Will not use TravelTime again.”
