“Good price for the cover. Not had to claim, so can't comment on that. One aspect that could be better is access to the documents...they get emailed out, but sometimes I don't get emails. It would be better to have an account I can log into and manage my orders.”

“3rd time using these.I prefer to speak to someone so this is easy to do.I have only taken out single trip policies and my only critique is that every time I have to go through the past few years of appointments,meds etc.I consider my health history to be pretty straightforward,including run of the mill testing snd screening as a 57 year old woman.I'm told each time that it's not possible to just give additional information to add to the information they already hold from less than a year ago.It does end up being an extremely repetitive and long phone call but I don't get a satisfactory answer when I ask why.Not sure I will use them again because of this.I may as well shop around for the best price though I'm sire they are competitive in this at least. Happy with the cover,very dissatisfied with the process.Torn between a 3 and 4 star rating.I've been generous.I hope they take note that I really hate the menopause being referred to as an illness and associated routine monitoring as investigations...”

“Not used it yet, holiday booked for September, however, I like to put in place my insurance. This was easy to sort out, even for a pensioner like me. I hope I don't need it but better to be safe than sorry.”
