Easy to set up but if you need to claim prepare for a lengthy claim process. I was asked to provide the same information again and again I had already provided. The staff is somewhat confused and I was given contradicting information by different people. Payment finally agreed in just over 10 weeks and only after chasing it up many times.

I unfortunately had to make a claim after breaking my phone whilst away on holiday. 2.5 weeks later, the claim is still awaiting documents that have been sent 3-4 times already, there have been little to no email updates, I have repeatedly phoned to chase for updates & my phone still remains unfixed. Very slow service.

Its March. I have taken out the policy ahead of a trip in November I have had no reason to call on the policy and haven't even travelled yet, so the constant reminders from them to "review" the company are inappropriate. To be fair they probably deserve 3 stars - the middle rating, as I have zero knowledge if they are good or bad, but I have knocked a star off due to them begging for a rating immediately after I took out the policy. In my opinion, only people who have used insurance policies - called on the policy and tested its payment and helpfullness ander its terms and conditions- have a right or reason to review them. I am not in that position. I am only writing this to make them leave my in-box alone.

Long wait to get through on phone. Web application crashed right at the end causing ne to start from scratch. 2nd time I got the date wrong so had to phone. Email confirmation of change hadn't arrived after several days so had to phone. Original application did not save my asthma so wasn't mentioned in application. Had to phone for correction. Not that obvious how to apply for cruise cover. The staff were courteous and helpful and the issues were resolved.

Not happy with so many hidden things in the policy - as it happens we are having to use our policy due to a medical situation. We are having to pay our Doctor a fee and there is a 6 week wait for our claim to be processed. This is simply not on the form when you buy the cover. Very disappointed and not at all clear

I tried contacting the company as I had to go to hospital on holiday, and they sent me in circles “email this person” and they told me to email another and then another.

I bought travel insurance instead my email account is being flooded with a load of drivel. I cannot shut this off until my holiday in case I miss something important. So I have to endure another 3 weeks of Ian's ramblings.

This is the second time I have purchased travel insurance from Travel Time. I find staff knowledgeable, polite and professional. The forms are simple to complete and the cover they provide are very good.

Tried to claim for delayed departure but the third party PDF form was too complicated to fill in. Claims should be done over the phone
