“Happy with last years policy so content to renew after seeing quotes from other companies for a comparable level of cover. I've had to recently update my medical conditions and I was able to do that quickly by phone without incurring extra cost. I have not required to make a claim but am confident that any claim would be handled efficiently.”

“It's difficult to review a policy when you haven't had to make a claim. Hence my middle score. That's the true judgement to be made. The premium was not cheap but covered previous health conditions. Luckily I didn't have to make a claim so can't comment on how comprehensive the cover actually was when it came down to it.”

“Excellent insurance my wife had an accident on holiday and we had to get medical assistance also delay 24hrs on way home claimed and both paid no problems first time I’ve ever had to claim insurance so needless to say I have used them for next years trip my daughter also has an health condition and it didn’t cost an arm and a leg to insure her.”

“Just renewed my annual joint policy with TT. Find them quite competitive on price. Usually takes a few minutes to get through to them and they're only open 9-5 weekdays. Opening Saturday am or even until 5.30/6pm some days would help. Like that you can email them for non urgent stuff. Once through, they're easy to deal with, polite and always respond quickly. Reassuring if ever needed to make a claim.”
