“Fortunately, I didn't have to claim on this policy - so cannot comment on customer service in that event. But I felt the price of the policy was competitive, and it was easy to buy. Unable to give less than five stars, and will purchase again if needed. Hopefully, I'll never have to comment on customer service!”

“Absolutely terrible experience with this travel insurance provider. I purchased Premier travel insurance for a trip to Budapest, believing I would be covered if travel disruption prevented me from reaching my destination. My journey was Edinburgh → Milan → Budapest. Due to delays on the inbound flight and significant delays passing through airport security in Milan, we missed our connecting flight to Budapest. As a result, the trip was effectively ruined and we lost flights, accommodation and other travel costs. Despite submitting a claim with supporting evidence, the claim was rejected. I do not feel the circumstances were fairly investigated and I disagree with the conclusion that was reached. I am now pursuing an appeal and will consider escalating the matter further if necessary. Based on my experience, I would not purchase insurance from this company again and would encourage others to carefully review the policy wording before deciding whether this cover meets their needs. When I put my claim in it took over a week for them to just get in touch to say there were looking at it shocking”
