“Really pleased with the beam - looks fantastic. Email communication could be clearer in terms of when to expect it to be ready but I would certainly recommend them.”

Thank-you for taking the time to leave our company a review! We're glad you're happy with the beam you received. As for the e-mail communication, this is an area where we feel we've made big improvements although of course there's always room for improvement. Automated order confirmation and dispatch confirmation e-mails with tracking info should have been sent. Sometimes these e-mails can land in junk folders. If you didn't receive these e-mails please accept our apology and will certainly look into why they weren't sent. We hope to see you again soon!

“My 5' x 6x4 unfinished oak beam just arrived, the careful packaging had me smiling and when opened it was perfect just what I wanted and for half the price of salvage yards.”

“Really lovely solid wood shelving. The brackets provided to ensure floating attachment are extremely strong and easy to assemble. They really add something special as a feature to my sitting room. I was also impressed with the delivery option to pre-sign the deliver note so that they could be left in a safe place as I was not available for the allocated delivery time. All in all would highly recommend the company.”

“Excellent product and customer service. As long as you are precise with the drilled holes in the wall the beam is very easy to fit into position thanks mainly to the pre drilled holes in the beam.”

“Original issue with order acknowledgement but was resolved very quickly. Product is very nice but I felt communication could have been improved. Reccomended TB check their answer machine more regularly. Product is beautiful but only forms part of the quality of service. Still a satisfied customer.”

“Cannot overstate how pleased I am with the product,the support and the delivery I received from Traditional Beams.I costed a similar product with my local stove supplier who quoted 2.7 times the price which I paid to TB.”

“I ordered a rustic oak beam to position above my range cooker. Our builders built it into the wall to make it appear like an original feature and it looks incredible! Very impressed with the oak quality and the beautiful carved edges! Highly recommend!”
