“Many thanks for everything. Installation instructions were clear and the fixings made installation nice and easy . . . . . . for the other half . . . . . with a little help from me ! ! The side facing outwards appears to have absorbed whatever it was treated with. Can you let me know what you use please so I can put on another coating? Many thanks. Hi Sue, Thank-you for taking the time to leave a review! I have checked your order, your beam was finished with rugger brown wax. We supply small tins which are available to order from our website. 1 tin should last a lifetime for re-finishing your beam. Many thanks, Freddie.

“a lot heavier than id imagined, very sturdy piece of wood. easy enough to fit even for a novice like me but id suggest having a 2nd pair of hands to fit as its really too heavy for one. The colour, the notches all make it look really good, even the wife managed a rare smile so it must be good”

“My beam arrived perfectly packaged which ensured there was no damage. It was quick and simple to install with clear instructions. I am really pleased with the effect the beam has on my living room and has all my friends commenting how fabulous it looks!! I would definately recommend getting a beam from this company if you are tempted to install one in your home!! Fabulous!”
