“Great product. I emailed asking if possible to have it delivered on a certain day and they were so helpful. Came really well packaged too (got knocked around in transit and it was in perfect condition still because of this)”

“The oak beam I purchased was great quality, finished to a high standard and value for money. Although it was completely my fault, when I found it too large/heavy for my purpose Traditional Beams could not have been more helpful in arranging a refund/exchange. The replacement was perfect.”

“This is our second purchase and we have been thrilled with both. The shelves are top quality and the fittings/instructions (for both solid and pasterboard walls) are excellent. We asked that two of the shelves be cut to a custom length and that was done with no trouble at all. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for!”
