“1st Sent me a second hand drain to go with the wet room former, it was scratch up and had clips broken off, I ended up buying another one from a local plumbing shop £60 drown the drain. Couldn't deal with the headache of returning it. 2nd I placed my order 10 mins before the "next day delivery" time, sadly missed the courier so came 2 days after I placed my order.”

“customer service had the knowledge of product and installation requirements which allowed me to choose the right shower tray and convey the information back to architect. Allowed joiner to price accordingly and prepare for installation before arrival of wet room tray. Delivery was next day. Product received was off good quality and easily installed. “Very disappointed. I order the 'wetroom tray kit' as shown on your website and as outlined in the wording. Having paid the amount I was then informed by phone that I had only ordered the tray. When I pointed out to the customer representative that the picture shown on the website shows the full kit with the price shown beside it, the wording in the description says it includes the full kit he conceded the website was totally misleading but I would have to pay £ 44.00 plus VAT for the drain kit. As I had already paid for the tray and was in a hurry to get it fitted I had to buy it. Just wish I had gone elsewhere at the outset. Dennis Evans.”
