“We placed an order for postformed Nuance board on Tuesday for a Thursday delivery, Wednesday an email came through saying that our order wasn't in stock. We phoned, changed our order for Nuanceboard that was in stock but couldn't have delivery until Friday. We then received another email saying delivery would be Tuesday the following week. We had tradesmen booked in twice and had to cancel. 1. it would be good to know stock when ordering. 2. A phone call would be better received. Still awaiting delivery”

“Brilliant service. The Nuance panels arrived in good time and in perfect condition. I placed the order online then called to establish a delivery date as it’s the last week before Christmas. Ordered Monday arrived Wednesday. Thanks to all the staff at Trade Wetrooms.”

“Found Trade Wetrooms on a Google search, it's the first time I used them. Put the order in and Boom it was delivered the next day.....what a service... best I've ever had. The price was very good, it was very easy to use the website and order, Will use them again, great service.....well done keep it up...Thanks”

“Ordered and the delivery was left outside on a public footpath. Made contact and no apology. Needed for the weekend. Replacement was sent and no tracking then was delivered Monday so too late. I refused delivery and am still waiting for my refund. I imagine I will have to chase this again and then eventually raise a charge back with my bank due to the poor customer service.”

“I ordered on Monday the 5th and apparently delivered on the 6th. Just had the proof photo sent and it’s been taken from the front of the house. It’s on a public footpath next to a field and can be seen by everyone that enters the estate. This is not a safe place and can’t imagine why the driver would consider it to be. Not happy and waiting to see what happens now See photo of the apparent leave safe location”
