“I feel the description on the product was somewhat misleading, I believed I was buying a grohe toilet pack, when instead the frame/cistern set up was Grohe, but the toilet itself was not. I feel the wording should be much clearer. I initially thought I was getting a fairly good deal where as now I feel I have paid over the odds, once you include postage”

No mention of this 'processing period' on the website - very misleading and misrepresentative when placing an order.”
