“Ordered and the delivery was left outside on a public footpath. Made contact and no apology. Needed for the weekend. Replacement was sent and no tracking then was delivered Monday so too late. I refused delivery and am still waiting for my refund. I imagine I will have to chase this again and then eventually raise a charge back with my bank due to the poor customer service.”

“I ordered on Monday the 5th and apparently delivered on the 6th. Just had the proof photo sent and it’s been taken from the front of the house. It’s on a public footpath next to a field and can be seen by everyone that enters the estate. This is not a safe place and can’t imagine why the driver would consider it to be. Not happy and waiting to see what happens now See photo of the apparent leave safe location”

“Great Customer service and good prices. Had an issue with the wrong product being delivered, HOWEVER it wasn't really TradeWetrooms fault. The box had been mislabelled by the manufacturer. I called Customer Services and explained the problem. They asked me to send a photograph showing the problem. They confirmed that they would arrange a replacement (which arrived next day). Great response from the company and they resolved a problem which could have become a major issue for me. Thanks. I would recommend the company and will use again.”

“We've been asked to write a review when half the goods have not been delivered, so it is not going to be very good. We placed one order, had a tanking kit delivered one day, and then a box with 2 x linear drains the next day, and still no shower bases (the most important part).”
