Good - I under-ordered but amazingly when I called them up to change the order a real person answered the phone straight away, understood the problem, adjusted the order and I just paid the extra. Great Service, saved extra carriage and hassle. And maybe even better, the product arrived within two business days, up a hill, out in the country, in Scotland, better than promised!
