“Having received an email detailing my order number, delivery date (no time schedule) for all items purchased, not all of my order arrived. I telephoned Trade Wetrooms explaining the situation to be informed that the missing part of my order was not available but should be available soon. Not great putting everything on hold waiting for a day!”

“Where possible I think a picture of the boards in a room instead of just a square, also my delivery was some heavy wall paneling, this was delivered by one person, my husband helped him, if he'd done it on his own I think there may have been damaged the boards were eight feet by four feet and heavy”

“Trade Wet rooms are beyond incompetent. My own experience is completely at odds with the reviews I have read which are clearly visible. Trade wet rooms attempted to deliver two nuance boards on five separate occasions. On each occasion one of the boards was warped. Follow up telephone calls, when answered, where unproductive, their staff blaming suppliers and the delivery company. The delivery driver, on the sixth attempt, stated no one was at the property and sent a photo of him pushing a piece of card through the letter box as evidence he attempted to make delivery. (I am unconvinced he knocked on the door or rang the door bell!) My trade-person was at the property all day. The disruption to the bathroom refurb has been considerable, not to mention the additional costs involved. Trade Wetrooms do not offer any compensation. At one stage I offered to drive and collect the outstanding board myself, £80 of diesel and half day of my time would probably still work out cheaper than paying trade people to wait around for Trade Wetrooms!!! Look elsewhere would be my advice.”
