“I ordered the wrong tray and am looking at changing the order and paying for the return etc and I phoned your office to discuss. The lady I spoke with was most helpful and knowledgable and do I know exactly what's involved should I wish to change the tray.”

“The 900 x 1200 'offset' description of the wet room kit wasn't clearly described due to which I had to send back the order when i received it. The offset was on the 900 side and was not a lot. The delivery wasn't a great experience either with several phone calls from the driver and myself back & forth, and even before i could actually discuss with the cust service they mumbled a few illegible words and they were off! While the customer service adviser advised me that entire payment minus the delivery (£7) will be refunded... The actual reimbursement was £28 less. This is completely unacceptable.. Beware of these guys!”
