“I bought a trade ex wetroom tray and classic grate. I was told this was for tiles. The waste is for vinyl floors. The tile adapter needed is not supplied. I have a useless product that has cost me a lot of money.”

“The service and speed of delivery was absolutely excellent. So why did we give it a terrible report? Very simple; it all come down to the delivery driver. He woke us up at 7am! His manner was a disgrace, when asked why he was delivering to a private house so early, there was no apology, just rude and off hand. His response was simple, “You don’t want the delivery I’ll take it away then.” At which point he turned and began walking away. My wife was so concerned thinking I was going to be attacked she called to shut the door quickly. It does not matter how low the price is or how quick the service is I would not consider placing an order with this company again. I did email comment and complaint to then but I had no response.”

“Helpful on the phone. Ordered Monday after 3pm. One parcel delivered Wednesday; the other Thursday. Happy with quality and service. Would use again.”

“Ordered on Wednesday but got call on Thursday that is out of stock so they offer replacement with Advertised Next Day Delivery and nothing on Friday not even an email about delay, no tracking possible.”

“Good service until something arrives damaged. What a palaver to get it returned. Two very large items both damaged. I had to to do the phoning to try and sort it out as the returns dept. was very busy. I suggested that we could still use the items in exchange for a couple of packs of sealant as compensation but no that could not be ‘authorised’, so with huge inconvenience had to arrange an exchange. My rating is based on customer after sales.”
