“The builder sent me the wrong link to order the wet room tray. The builder turns up to install the tray slightly after he 28 day returns policy, but the tray is the wrong one Trade Wetrooms refuse any returns after the 28 day period, which I think is a little harsh, even after I suggested not giving a full refund. Computer says no and I now have a £400 wet room tray in my house, of no use to me!!”

“I went with trade wet rooms for price next day delivery and mostly reviews I had to call two days after order only then received shipment no that I couldn't track was told Friday delivery took day off work phoned at 4pm told delivery upto 6pm it never arrived tried contacting no one answered totally not impressed I know humanly things go wrong but that's why telephones were invented to communicate sorry for the rant but truly this has ruined my weekend not being able to finish the job”

“WOULD NOT RECOMMEND...Prompt delivery and happy with the shower screen product. However, the delivery guys left the most ridiculously huge full height wooden pallet behind with the delivery which we didn't realise until they had left. Despite asking, the company refused to collect it and we were left to try and dismantle it into small enough pieces to fit into a car and dispose of it at the local dump. Very annoying.”

“Trade Wetrooms advertised an item on its website that is no longer available to purchase. It is discontinued stock. After taking my money and then telling me that it was discontinued, I was given the websites of 3 companies that deal in discontinued stock by a Wetrooms employee. I am still waiting for the money to be returned to my account though!”

“Would of rated Very Good but delivery was split between couriers. No notification of such so had to chase short delivery. Their customer service didn't even know of split delivery. This being said, both deliveries were made on the correct day,”
