“Having spent £260 on a stainless steel towel radiator I assumed it would be of a good quality. Unfortunately when I went to install it I found not only was it not flat in relation to the wall by about 10 mm on bottom left hand corner but neither was it square. When fixed with the horizontal rails level the vertical rails where out by about 20 mm from top to bottom. Although I know I have left it to long to make a claim I just want to let other people know not to buy this product as it is of inferior quality.”

All of our products are of superb quality with extensive guarantees (your particular item 25 yr) so if an item is in fact faulty then we would of course replace it immediately within the appropriate guarantee period (in your case 25 years). “Excellent service, with great quality, stylish radiators at fantastic prices. We are replacing all the radiators in our property as we renovate. We have used the Anthracite Nevo Designer Radiators as they look great and are excellent value, we have also used the Designer Convector Radiators again in Anthracite in 2 bedrooms and these give a great alternative style to the conventional boring white convector radiator. I will be recommending Trade Radiators to friends and family.”

“Purchased one electric radiator from Trade Radiators and two from B&Q. The one from Trade arrived pre-loaded with heating fluid, those from B&Q did not. The radiator from Trade has worked perfectly from day 1, those from B&Q do not yet work.”
