“product is ok, but the courier service needs improvement, people are very busy, especially if you are in business and you are out on jobs, in short we need a narrow time slot for delivery, so we can factor del time into our diary, the courier used doesnt provide this, where others do! i would be weary to order again if this courier is used”

“The Trade Direct Saturn is a nice radiator to look at, but the tail pipe connectivity design is non existent. The tail pipes are screwed in and held in solely by PTFE tape which I still haven't been able to seal properly. I have to drain and try again for the third time. Not good!”

The radiator is straight forward and should be really easy for your fitter to install. If you're attempting to fit yourself we would always advise using a professional installer to ensure it's fitted correctly the first time and to ensure your guarantee remains valid.

“Please change your courier. I had to be available for over 2 and a half days - no information from APC and seemingly no confidence in their service. Its not much to ask to receive a 2 hour delivery window and when I arrange a full day to receive the parcel and for nothing to turn up - and still not have information is poor.”

Sorry you weren't in when the courier tried to deliver on your notified delivery date, they always attempt redelivery the following working day unless the customer contacts them requesting to collect from the depot instead. “I PURCHASED A TOWEL RAIL ONLINE AROUND MID-AFTERNOON AND IT WAS DELIVERED AT 11.00HRS THE FOLLOWING MORNING. EXTREMELY EFFICIENT. THE PRODUCT IS GOOD, AND THE WEB SITE IS EASY TO USE.”

“Returning customer. As part of refurbishments updated kitchen and a bedroom and got the column radiators again that were purchased last year. The radiators are fantastic giving out lovely heat in cold months. Ordered at 1 30pm and delivered the following day. Great service and lovely products”
