“Ordered the product and no issues. Delivery date confirmed as Friday 21 February. Nothing arrived by 1800 hrs on the date but on the tracking system it said parcel had arrived and had been signed for. Emailed Trade Radiators and the Courier (having tried to call both without success). No response for over 24 hours until courier called to say their records indicated parcel had arrived but driver was off so they were unable to confirm. Then left the house at 10.00am on Sunday 23 February to find product and extras dumped on the doorstep. Nothing signed for and I have no idea what time on the Sunday morning they had been left there. we live on a busy London street so that wasn't ideal. Still no communication from Trade Radiators on this although we did receive an apology from the courier company. Overall, not a great delivery experience although the product is good and was priced competitively.”

“Good price. Easy to order. Fantastic next day delivery service with updated 2 hour slots by the courrier. Radiator looks excellent. Only downside was that the thread for one of the tails was poor and it needed a lot of force to screw the tail in. The other side was fine. Would not hesitate to use Trade Radiators again.”

“Fabulous radiator just what I wanted. Staff at Glasgow office very helpful when problem ordering online. Good price and free delivery. BUT big drawback is the strict policy that you open and check radiator on arrival for damage by courier felt very sorry for the driver on strict schedule and only a few days 3 I think to report faults. You are warned not to arrange fitting until radiator delivered. Have I got this all right? Sorry but puts me off ordering again from you.”

Thanks for your review, we're delighted you're pleased with your new radiator. You don't need to check the radiator while the delivery driver is there, you have 3 working days to check over the items and notify us of any damages and if there are any damages we replace items the very next day for you. All online retailers have the 3 day rule simply because we are unable to claim courier damages after this time. Faults are completely different and are covered by our extensive guarantee, the Saturn radiator you have has a 15 year guarantee. Hope this puts your mind at ease. Thanks for shopping with us.
