“Fantastic service, prompt delivery. I had an issue with a damaged radiator and it was collected and replaced in less than 24 hrs and the lady I spoke to was very courteous and helpful. My new radiators look great. 10 / 10.”

Apologies again that the small parcel (valves) was late, we did dispatch on time and and subsequently attempt delivery on a few different occasions but there was no one present to take the parcel. You did eventually have someone there to receive the goods. Apologies again for the inconvenience.

“Wrong radiators delivered then second attempt a day later than we agreed and on that delivery two radiators arrived. Radiators also not the same colour no stars”

On investigation we can see that you were sent an incorrect item which was then swapped over for you, apologies for the inconvenience. We have no record of there being any issue with colour or anything similar, only the wrong item which we subsequently exchanged for the correct item.
