“Speedy delivery. Also had to ring office for advice and customer service was excellent. Only disappointment is radiator had a very small dent in one of the rails. I needed it on the day it was delivered so didn’t return it. Other than that this radiator is very stylish and handy for small spaces. But for the dent it would be 5 star.”

“Order all went well . I placed an order at night on a Sunday. Clicked on the order to have chrome pipes to come with rad by mistake . By email sent immediately after my mistake , explained but didn't get sorted by the Monday delivery , I have to now at my cost send them back . Maybe if you system seen the email and matched with my order that morning . Glad it wasn't a large order . 👍”

“I purchased 2 aluminium radiators from Trade Radiators. Overall, the customer service is very good and the prices are lower than some retailers. One issue I had (which may be more of a problem with one of their distribution warehouses) is that the packaging was very poor and one radiator arrived damaged. The warehouse seemed to think that you can send a heavy radiator in a thin cardboard box (with no protection for the product at all) and it will arrive undamaged. This was quickly sorted out by Trade Radiators who organised a replacement which was packed properly.”
