“We ordered two apollo modena aluminium radiators. Everything went smoothly from ordering to delivery. They are now installed and working brilliantly, we may have paid a bit more for aluminium radiators but Trade radiators were the most cost effective out of all the suppliers and I'm glad we chose them, very happy to recommend.”

“Incredibly good customer service which is rare when goggling and buying radiators online. Probably a bit more expensive than others but being able to easily speak to someone on the phone is invaluable. Item dispatched within a day, received within 1 working day! Definitely recommended.”

“I ordered 3 radiators two weeks ago and I just found out today that one of them was damaged as my plumber only got to me today. I called the company and was told that I should have checked the item within 3 days of receipt and that there was nothing they could do. My only choice is to buy another one! I will avoid this company at all cost in the future. Very poor customer service.”

Thank you for your review, we do have this policy in our terms and conditions and again in your order confirmation email and dispatch email. The damage was not reported to us until over two weeks after delivery. As a good will gesture, the replacement was given to you at a reduced cost.

“Stumbled across this website as I needed to buy a few radiator thermostats. I needed them to look vintage and be delivered quickly as my plumber had brought his date forwards. Trade Radiators had the perfect items and I ordered 3 different TRV’s. The website claimed next day delivery and that’s exactly what happened! I ordered at lunchtime and all items arrived the next morning. Even the plumber was impressed. The thermostats are beautiful and look great on my old fashioned column radiators. I will definitely buy from Trade Radiators again and I’ll probably buy more of the same valves again. Great choice and fantastic delivery. I also had email updates which was reassuring too.”

“I purchased the Nordic radiator and valves. The radiator was delivered within five days, the valves in days. I had a problem placing the order so I rang and the staff were very helpful. I would definitely use trade radiators again.”

“Fantastic service and item the delivery person rang me to let me know he’d be early and lifted into the house the actual item is faultless and exactly what I needed ice had similar radiators from other suppliers and always an issue but not in this case would recommend and will be using again for our next renovation phase thank you so much fantastic”
