“Display pictured showed double panel rad. Slide to the right and it's a single panel. Happy with the quality just a shame it showed a double when I showed the rad to the customer.”

“I ordered a vertical radiator and instead of getting a double column, I received a single panel radiator from a different maker . I also ordered the double column feet which I received. Didn’t get much joy from customer services who insisted I ordered the panel radiator, but they sent the double column feet. Spoke to them twice but got so frustrated decided to give up for the sake of my well-being.”

Hi Gemma, we've checked thoroughly and you placed your order online yourself and the items you have received are exactly as ordered and as shown/described on our website. You did order feet for column radiators but the radiator you ordered (Saturn) is a modern elliptical tube style radiator so they won't work together. When you contacted us we were more than helpful and advised that you could return or swap any or all of the items within 28 days no problem at all, we haven't heard from you since until this online review. We are here to help and can rectify your error for you quickly and easily given the opportunity to do so.

“The radiator arrived more quickly than expected and was well-packed. It has a nice white finish with no blemishes. I was surprised that no tails were provided since that is now more common, but for the price paid it is still a good buy. The screw threads were nice and clean so easy to get a water tight joint.”

“This is my second purchase of a bathroom radiator from this company. Changed from curved to flat and slightly bigger size. The price for the quality is excellent and new one has much neater fixings plus next day delivery.”

“Unlike some of the TrustPilot reviews I did not have any issues with the order and delivery of my radiator. No personal interaction - ordered directly from the website. Delivered the next day by DX Express in an undamaged box with a two hour slot advised by email. Box contained numerous stickers which seemed to indicate that the central supplier also had an account for UK Radiators who were a few quid dearer for the same rad! Communication was good throughout. Quality item installed without any problems. Many thanks”
