“Aluminium radiator was bought for the bathroom. Tired of rusting rads where tenants don't open the bathroom window or turn the state of the art Extractor on. Not fitted yet. Info on it good so far. Delivery good, etc.”

“Great product, order process very good. I did send an email regards a technical issue over modern houses have small bore plastic pipes that come out of the wall behind the radiator, how this affects the bracket system of this model radiator. You answered rapidly and passed on to manufacture.”

“Ordered one of the heritage valves and needed a spare part, messaged on what’s app and spoke to Amanda who has been nothing short of amazing - managed to get me some parts being sent out in the post to me. So refreshing to speak to an actual human who shows compassion and pragmatism when dealing with customers. Will 100-% be ordering from here again with service like that - thank you 💪”

“Great Co to order from and delivered the following week. Radiators look great and are straightforward to install. Only negative is even though they were checked upon delivery one rad has a cosmetic paint defect on top, looked like contamination during painting/baking. Happens to be on top of the rad in the line of sight. Will have to see if it can be repaired. Other than that great service, delivery and product.”
