“I’ve placed three orders with Trade Radiators over the last month. Each time the delivery process was completed timely. I opted for the Oslo column - raw metal radiator. The quality and finish is absolutely superb. Everyone comments how nice they are. Thank you TR for an excellent service and product.”

“This was my first time using trade radiators & had a couple of issues with the radiator I bought. But their customer services resolving the issue was second to none, absolutely fantastic it rectifying the issue if very quick time. “What a fantastic service. I originally ordered the wrong item which was sorted out immediately, with no fuss at all. When the radiator arrived it was really well protected and the radiator itself is great. I will absolutely be using Trade Radiators again as I start going through the house updating it.”

“Unfortunately my radiator came with non of the fixings or caps which happens, but what followed was the worst service i’ve dealt with in a while. The customer service teams are polite but full if false promises. I was told the fittings would be sent last monday but no confirmation email, chased on wednesday and was told they’d call me back that same day, exactly the same Thursday, then exactly the same Friday so 3 chases and 3 promises they would be in touch with an update (any update) and nothing. I’ve had to buy fixings that don’t really match the radiator in the end because I don’t trust the awful service i’ve had with this company.”

Hi Hannah Thank you for your feedback. I can see that we sent out a replacement fitting pack with the courier and they failed to deliver it. We raised this with the courier and we have to allow time for them to investigate what has happened to it. Rest assured we were chasing this every day for you. I am sorry if you were not called with updates and this feedback has been raised with my colleague as that is really not good enough. I did try and call you personally myself this morning but unfortunately you did not answer so I did send an email. The courier did confirm that the goods have been lost and a replacement fitting kit has been dispatched and should be with you in the next couple of days. I would recommend using that one as it is always best to use the fittings for the specific product. Really sorry again for any inconvenience caused. “I gave two stars because the radiator is stunning, however that is where the accolades cease. I was never told that a 'special' tool was required to assemble to radiator only to find out it involved a refundable £97 charge! I had to order it, my plumbers were on hold and FedEx failed to deliver the day it said it would. Now, I face the eprospect of having to pack up this 'tool' and ship it back. I'm furious. Shocking was to handle customer service.”
