“Really pleased with the service and advice given by Trade Radiators. From point of ordering to delivery of my radiators, all went very smoothly as on all previous orders. Radiators look great too but unable to fully review as not yet installed.”

“Good prices, rapid delivery and very well packaged. The radiator arrived in perfect condition. My only issue is that the oval column radiator I purchased doesn't have a blocker/diverter in the bottom tube to aid more efficient flow through. The diagram on the website showed it, and that's why I chose this radiator. I had to purchase a flow diverter separately at the cost of ~ £30.”

Diverters are only needed for vertical radiators or radiators bigger than 1000mm high. The one you have ordered is 600mm x 812mm so that is why one has not been supplied as it is not required. “Very communicative company - I would always receive a reply to any email I sent within a few hours. I commissioned a curved radiator for my bedroom bow window. The radiator arrived sooner than expected, was beautifully designed and fit the bow window perfectly.”

“Really easy ordering and great care in packaging. However, aluminium radiator instructions did not identify that plugs are both left hand and right hand thread. Plugs very poorly engineered as well. Manufacturer has lessons to learn. Well done wholesaler!”

“Can’t recommend Trade Radiators highly enough. I’ve bought from them many times and always received great products and fantastic service. On the one occasion I experienced a problem (rad damaged by courier) they resolved the issue immediately without question. I will absolutely be using them for all my future radiators.”

“So far, so good. The online catalogue, selection process, ordering, price, payment and delivery of the radiator I have chosen have all gone very smoothly. I can fully recommend this. As yet, the radiator and fittings are not installed so I cannot comment further. If they work and last as well as the service experienced so far, then 5 stars would be the rating.”
