“So far, everything seems fine. A bit clearer installation instructions would be better, and some measures in the instruction seemed a bit off, but otherwise, the radiator looks great, was delivered quickly and without issues, so all good!”

“Radiator and accessories all arrived within two days of ordering, very well protected not to get damaged. All looks perfect. This is the second time ordered rads will def do again and free delivery hence 5star”

“I am disappointed the the towel rail and the heating element came separately as a sealed unit as I shall have now to employ someone to assemble and seal it before installation. Maybe in future your description of your product should make it clearer that it comes separately.”

Regarding the element, we don’t pre-fit it before delivery, as this allows you the flexibility to choose which side is most convenient for your installation. The element is designed to easily screw into the bottom of the towel rail, and your electrician can fit it during installation without any issues. Thank you for getting in touch. When ordering you should not be going off just an image. The most important thing to be going with is the size and the BTU. If you have ordered a radiator with the BTUs you require then the single panel should be sufficient. There is two images on the website one showing the radiator in single and double as these are both options that are available. The double radiators will say double in the name of it and they also have a different code and a higher BTU. I can see we advised we are happy to accept the radiators back for a return but we have had no further communication from you regarding that. “Sent a damaged radiator that had a Quality Control sticker on it even though the middle panel on one side was moving up and down, and then made us unpack it and repack it 3 TIMES to take a completely unneccesary video, then we had to take photos of the outside of the box…they just endlessly delayed us either in the hope that we’d give up and just keep it or to hang onto our money as long as possible. We were so sick of them we demanded a refund and bought it elsewhere, but they wouldn’t even do that right. We arranged a collection for a particular day but they didn’t do it. No explanation, they just didn’t bother. Then we arranged another collection but were given no warning by Trade radiators the we would be sent an email by the courier for us to book the collection ourselves, so we nearly missed the second collection!”

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by receiving a damaged radiator and for the frustration with our returns process. With any faults with products we will always require images or videos to assess the issue before we can issue a replacement or a refund. This is standard for most online companies and was not done to try and put you off from being issued a refund or a replacement. I can see you requested collection for 7th May which we confirmed had been booked, the courier only usually contact you to confirm not to actually book it so apologies about that, I will pass that feedback to the courier. We never intend to delay or inconvenience our customers, and we're sorry it felt that way. Your full refund has now been processed. Best Wishes Kim Brines

“Delivery next day all the three times. First two times the product delivered came without the heating element although the packaging indicated it was included. Finally, received the correct one. Customer services was brilliant. Understood my predicament and acted immediately and I received the item next day. I'm very pleased with the company.”
