“The radiator was delivered very quickly and is now installed. It looks very stylish and funtions. I will not really know about its performance until the winter but I have no reason to doubt its efficiency. The deliverer did phone in advance but unfortuately I terminated the call before he had chance to say much mistaking it for a nuisance call. I did apologise to the driver who I must say was very smart and businesslike. The price of the radiator was very competetive.”

“Great price quick delivery Towel was brought to replace one which cost a lot more years ago so was worried it would not be as good quality need not have worried excellent towel rail plumber was very impressed as well”

“Replaced two steel rads. with one 590 x 1540 and one 690 x 740 Nordic Omega Modern rads. They have enhanced the look of my apartment and are very economical to run. All items supplied by Trade Radiators on time and in perfect condition - many thanks.”

“Let down by the courier company who lost the delivery. However, Trade Radiators responded quickly to deal with the issue p, kept me informed and dispatched a second delivery. Unfortunately the plumber had allocated the day to fit them and they didn't arrive in time. Good product once I had them.”

“Ordered a towel radiator, arrived within two days. When opened, it was slightly damaged. Communication with the company was very straightforward, I sent a couple of photo’s and a new radiator was sent next working day. Decent product, fair price, excellent customer service.”
