Sorry for the inconvenience. When a customer changes the delivery address after the goods have been dispatched and sent to a local delivery depot this does then cause a delay. Your delivery took place 3 working days later than scheduled due to the change of address. Apologies again for the delay this caused.

“I needed a replacement heated ladder towel rail, I went online for the product I wanted, up popped Trade Radiators, they had competitive pricing plus post free, most importantly it showed item in stock. I ordered it Sunday evening, they mailed me Monday saying item on its way, Tuesday morning radiator delivered. . Superb pricing, Superb communications, Superb delivery. 10/10 plus plus plus. The Towel rail is brilliant as well.”
