“Ordered four satin radiators,which arrived within two days,packed to a very high standard. I wore a face covering to take delivery of the order and the wonderful courier chap was a real gentleman, asked my permission to bring the radiators just inside the door,as they were far too heavy for me to carry myself. In all honesty Trade Radiators, the photographs that I viewed while ordering do not do your products justice, they look twice as good when you see them in front of you. Even my plumber was very impressed when he came to check them over. He even promised to take extra care when fitting them......yes indeed....he better had !!!”

“Could have done much better. I had an email to say the radiator would be delivered Friday, even gave the drivers name. It was not delivered despite the tracking link saying it had been. It was delivered Monday morning. By the time I answered the door bell the driver was driving away. One end cover of the radiator was damaged, I reported this on Monday but have heard no more. The damage to the end cover was clearly caused by mishandling”
