“Fabulous unfortunately i did not get the name of the lady on the phone but basically i made a mistake on my order and even though it had gone to dispatch she managed to intercept it before it left. She sorted my mistake out and it arrived the next morning all correct. Couldn't ask for better service than that. Thankyou”

“Great range of products at a competitive price. I have purchased three radiators and did have some issues with damage to the units and had to return and exchange three times until we received undamaged goods. The customer service centre was excellent at handling these exchanges and were very professional and pleasant to deal with. I would use Trade Radiators again without hesitation.”

“I ordered a radiator and filament and liquid to go in it. Great that you can see where your order is in the country. Didn’t know it would be coming in two packages on 2 days. Would have been useful to know the order was split. It all arrived in good condition. Radiator very well protected. Other package open but everything inside. Great job. If I’d known it was coming in 2 packages it would have been perfect but still very good.”
