“Good radiators lovely thank you. But i have to ssy your delivery is very poor. I am waiting from arrow carriers that my radiator should of been delivered yesterday but the driver ran out of time and todsy i still haven't received it. I am very annoyed as it is costing us money because the plumber iscwsiting to fit this radiator. Regards Wendy Harris”

We are terribly sorry that the experience was nowhere near as smooth as it should have been. The courier service has let us all down here which is not our usual standards at all. “Outstanding customer service from Kim Brines. Took delivery of our radiators back in early February. Checked them for damage - all perfect. As usual, our projects get delayed, didn’t fit them until 22nd April. Unfortunately there was an issue with one of the valves. A quick conversation and a few emails with Kim and a replacement is on its way. Couldn’t ask for better service.”

“We ordered a bathroom radiator to go with our copper bath and chose the DQ curved Rosa in opper lacquer. Sales and ordering were great, delivery quick and well packaged. The item was great apart from the colour which was burnt orange and clashed with our copper bath. We notified our unhappiness immediately and arranged a return for a refund. Packed it up carefully in sa e packaging and arranged for parcel force to return. After days later we were notified that the item was damaged on arrival. We asked to seethe damaged packaging as part of the evidence needed for our claim but radio silence since. A refund has been refused. We are waiting to hear about our claim but expect if the packaging is not available we might lose our money.”
