“Lovely radiators at a good price. Arrived the next day. Excellent service. The radiators were very well packaged and the driver delivered them as requested. The only criticism would be the poor fitting instructions.”

“Amanda was Great..trade radiators were great...YOUR DELIVERY COMPANY TUFFNELLS IS ABSOLUTE RUBBISH..FAILED TO DELIVER ON AGREED DAY..NO CONTACT MADE BY THEM.,.I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT THEM THEY HAD THE CHECK TO MARK ON WEB SITE ITEMS HAD BEEN DELIVERED..THEN SENT OUT AN EMAIL SAYING THEY WOULD BE DELIVERED ON THE MONDAY INSTEAD OF THE AGREED FRIDAY. Advice to Trade Radiators change carrier for the good of your own reputation. Nowadays it is just not acceptable for a carrier not to be able to give an estimated time of delivery even am/pm should be and is possible.”
