“Poor quality poor standards poor service Damaged goods delivery between 10-14days wrong item delivered then had to chase up collection no email or other communication to say when delivery was arriving”

Our sincere apologies Gillian. The radiator was delivered within the given timescales on our website for this product (supplied with tracking email which bounced as your mailbox was full) but unfortunately had some transit damage for which we are truly sorry. You asked for a full refund which we obliged, sorry again for the inconvenience.
