“Ordered some radiator valves for an installation and they never arrived. Said it would be 1-2 working days we are now 10 working days and never showed up. I had to order some others next day delivery from another store to make sure the heating engineer had them in time at a greater expense. This company did refund me but they should reconsider their shipping methods.”

Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience, the parcel went out with Royal Mail and delivery issues were not uncommon during lockdown due to staff shortages etc. We are really sorry this caused a delay for you.

“The element in my electric towel rail died on Tuesday. Wednesday morning and afternoon spent online looking for a replacement - lots of options - too many to be sure I was getting the right part. Customer service seems to have caught Covid as phones rang out and 2 promising candidates offered online chat - that didn't work. Eventually homed in on Trade Radiators as their prices looked competitive as far as I could see, but still had to check the model and exact price. I got a rapid response to my email inquiry with advice on what to check on the old unit and a recommended replacement. Ordered onlne around 10:00 am Thursday, element delivered at 10:45 on Friday morning, fitted and working by noon. I went back and checked the price and specification and Trade Radiators not only provided the best service, their price/specification was top notch. A special thanks to Amanda who guided me through the process.”

“Purchased Pisa Berkshire Towel Radiator - Chrome 1600 x 300mm Easy to order online and arrived as advised. It is very impressive and looks brilliant in our bathroom. Due to its size it generates a lot of heat and dries towels quickly. We are very pleased with it and would recommend.”

“This was an easy website to use and order from, with a good choice of electric towel rails. I chose anthracite and it’s lovely... exactly what I wanted. The quality is excellent. The towel rail and element were very well packed and delivery was exactly when expected. I didn’t deal with anyone directly but get the feeling I would have received great customer service. Apologies that this happened, the couriers were really struggling with driver/staff shortages due to COVID and Brexit so at times logistics fell short of our usual standards (delayed/lost parcels) for which we are truly sorry.
