“Ordered a radiator which was shown and is still shown in stock on their website - however after just the radiator taps showing up - no email to say the radiator was out of stock and any kind of apology - I wondered where rest of it was - called them to be told it was going to be end of the month so 4 weeks - This is not good enough”

We did email you the same day the order was placed to let you know that the warehouse had informed us that the radiator was out of stock and was due to arrive in around the end of June and we also offered you a discounted alternative, sorry if you did not see that. Apologies none the less for any inconvenience caused.

“Purchased four traditional radiators. Three for hallway one bathroom towel traditional. Great statement pieces. All have transformed the space. Hallway looks like somewhere to stop and enjoy rather than walking through. Price point excellent saw how much Mark up a local competitor had placed on similar item. Highly recommend.”
