“Just to add that delivery was excellent, the radiator looked very nice & it was very easy to install, & mainly throws out fantastic heat for drying the towels, superb. many thanks nigel”

“THE MOST AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! I purchased a radiator 9 YEARS AGO and its developed a fault with the coating, I sent over pictures of the fault and had a full refund within a day. Cannot praise Trade Radiators enough , this has to be the BEST customer service ive ever had Thanks again”

Any issues (including damages) should be reported to our Customer Service team ASAP to allow us the opportunity to rectify this for you. We could have sent you a replacement had we been given the opportunity to do so.

“It looked like on their website that the have good quality radiators and offer great service and indeed they do. The radiator arrived on time, looks fantastic, amazing value for money.
