“My existing towel ladder radiator developed a leak and I had to replace it, I needed to replace like for like at an affordable price, Trade Radiators provided that, speedy delivery, a first class very efficient service, I would 100% recommend to anyone requiring your services, Thank You, ????”

“Only this time. The website has always been VERY accurate on technical information. This time the technical information stated on the website was inaccurate. Radiator AND valves are all "own brand" i.e. Trade Radiators. When calling the office with the problem - the answer was not really as expected and therefore a little disappointing compared to the normal super efficient service. Technical specs given on the website should be accurate. If not, then they should not be given/stated. Having said all this, I will continue to use Trade Radiators as the products and team are really great and efficient. I think this was just bad luck due to bad specification.”

“I'm pleased with my new towel radiator,it looks good and the plumber that fitted it said it was good quality,not flimsy like some he's fitted,however I was surprised to see that the btu on the box,was different than that stated on the website.”

“bought a radiator after it was installed there was a weld joint leaking i rang the help desk and a new radiator was sent out the very next day you can't ask better than that no quibbling no fuss good service”

“The radiator and thermostatic came very promptly. The radiator was well boxed and as described. Really pleased. The TRV came damage,the packaging was unpadded. I complained,and they sent me a replacement unit very quickly. Unfortunately that was equally badly scratched. No padding. I've accepted that I need to purchase locally”
